Bavarian Burgers
Ruff´s Burger is a little & fast Burger Restaurant in Munich. Stefan, the heart and founder of Ruffs, began to sell his handmade burgers with a pushcart at my favourite daily market at Elisabethplatz. For the patties, he uses Bavarian Beef, freshly grinded every day and sweet and fluffy buns from a local bakery. Soon the lines got too long and it was time to open the first snack bar, followed by 8 more restaurants in Munich!
